Information we collect
When you register, we collect your first name, email address, WhatsApp number, registration source and optional campaign information. Administrators may also record attendance minutes, worksheet completion, certificate status, course interest, payment reference and access status.
How we use it
We use this information to record your registration, send confirmation, joining details, workshop reminders, learning resources, issue and verify eligible completion certificates, and manage any optional ₹999 course purchase or access follow-up.
Communication choice
You can opt out of promotional or reminder communication at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or requesting removal by email.
Sharing and protection
We do not sell your personal information. Access is restricted to authorised DigiGrowHub administrators and service providers needed to operate registration, communication and payment workflows. A public certificate-verification page shows only the participant name, certificate ID, workshop, attendance requirement and issue date.
Retention and correction
You may ask us to correct or delete your registration information, subject to records we must retain for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
