Payment and Refund Information

Free workshop
No payment is collected for workshop registration or attendance, so no refund applies to the free workshop.
Optional recorded programme
The ₹999 Practical HR Career Accelerator is optional. Its current access description, 11-part curriculum and limitations are shown before payment. A change of mind after digital access has been delivered is normally not refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law; this does not limit remedies for duplicate payments, non-delivery, material misdescription or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Before access is delivered
If you paid in error and course access has not yet been supplied, contact us promptly with the payment reference. We will review the request based on payment status, access status and applicable consumer law.
Payment problems
If an amount is debited but access is not provided, or a duplicate payment occurs, contact us with the transaction reference so the issue can be verified and resolved.
